Agard Family {Des Moines Family Photographer}

We delayed our session a week in hopes of better weather but mother nature still had other plans. It was freezing the day we rescheduled so we made our way into the skywalks. I feel like it is a hidden gem as a photo backdrop with so many beautiful options and gorgeous. We walked hall after hall stopping when it seemed right. It was great for the little guy to get his energy out running from one hallway to the next.

This is the fourth time I have met this family for photos. They are such a fun family and now with two beautiful little faces to photograph I am so lucky to have them be in front of my camera. I am so happy that I found this gem of a location with this family!

Finley {Six Months}

 Six months later Finley is a big baby boy with the cutest, chubbiest cheeks and the biggest blue eyes you have ever seen. He has grown and changed so much since I photographed him as a newborn. One thing that hasn't changed is the cuddles and kisses he gets from his parents. You can tell he is the light of their life. I am lucky enough to be asked to photograph it!

Tate Turns Two

Tate is a spunky two year old who didn't have photos high on his list this particular day. Unfortunately for him he just turned two and pictures were on the agenda. He made us work hard for the smiles we got. Definitely worth it!

Grace {Newborn}

When I met little Grace she was thirteen days new, but only her third day home with her parents. The doctors wanted her to get stronger before heading home and they worked hard getting her there.

Even though she had been working on growing and gaining in the two weeks before I met her she was still as small as could be. She was calm and peaceful and so content being home with her parents. They were overjoyed to have her there with them. She had plenty of others stop by to visit and meet Grace just before I was leaving. One of those people were her great-grandparents. I am always quick to photograph grandparents with their new family member. A photo with great-grandparents is one that will be treasured for a long time to come and isn't a photo everyone is lucky enough to have. Grace is a very loved little girl and I am so appreciative of her parent's trusting me to document this exiting time for them.
